Colorado State University's "Oval" is the crown jewel of campus in my opinion. He we are looking through the tunnel of old elms that runs right down the middle towards the administration building. See this through all four seasons in the first comment below.
This was the first real shoot I did with my new Tokina 11-16 super wide angle lens. I've already posted others from the lens, but in reality this is the inaugural image! ;-)
This photo was taken on March 6, 2009 in East Side, Fort Collins, CO, US, using a Nikon D300.

The purple, I wonder if that is from being filtered through the dense branches, or if that was more atmospheric in nature. Very stunning colors - and the "Four Seasons" shot is Great!
