I agree with the Queen of Gastroporn; it is superior to your standard stuff. Best of all, it takes 5 minutes; literally, not a recipe book '5 minutes'. I have Jamie Oliver's book on 15 minute meals and I reckon each one is probably an hour minimum for us normal plebs.
As a result, the accolade to effort ratio makes this one well worth it. Tart it up with a sprig of parsley, a sprinkle of smoked paprika and crudités et Voila!
