at 94 feet, ganoga falls is the tallest in the ricketts glen. it is so tall - it is fairly difficult to take a decent picture of it. this one was taken from an odd perspective that i never tried before. it was the colorful leaves that brought me to this spot and get this frame. :)

boulder beach is a lovely section along acadia national park in maine. it makes for a great early morning photograph and the smooth shapes and textures of the rocks are a joy to experience.

i was about a week late for fall colors at this local garden. it was still fun to try to extract pictures out of the colorful leaves that are mostly on the ground now.

a peaceful and lovely morning at one of the vermilion lakes in banff national park. if the wind is not blowing and there are some clouds in the sky, head here for sunrise and chances are you'll be treated to a color show. :)

this is dawn at herbert lake on the icefields parkway in alberta, canada. it is a nice intimate lake that is rarely visited by tourists which makes it a great spot for photography. if you want to enjoy some peace and solitude at sunrise around the lake louise area, you cannot beat this spot! :)
