Vegetable patches are planted through all around the Home, particularly near the family units. The children tend and water them on a daily basis.

The creche is a single room full of very old broken furniture and toys most of which are also broken.

This is the area of the creche where the children's drinks are prepared. There is no running water available in this room.

Chairs
The wooden chair parts are eaten by termites. The carpentry department is replacing the seats and backs as and when there is extra money available.
