What's up with Woody?

"We're all faced throughout our lives with agonizing decisions, moral choices. Some are on a grand scale, most of these choices are on lesser points. But we define ourselves by the choices we have made. We are, in fact, the sum total of our choices. Events unfold so unpredictably, so unfairly, Human happiness does not seem to be included in the design of creation. It is only we, with our capacity to love that give meaning to the indifferent universe. And yet, most human beings seem to have the ability to keep trying and even try to find joy from simple things, like their family, their work, and from the hope that future generations might understand more"
— Woody Allen

Sometimes Woody Allen not being neurotic or cynical is a welcome break. And so we're back and rolling:) While at it solemn advice to the restless from a band that's not cold at all ~ Don't Panic

See u soon..

See u soon..

As you can see, too much of it can give you the Coldplay fever. And I'm clearly not over mine yet.

So you lost your trust & you never should have, No you never should have
But don't break your back if you ever see this, But don't answer that
In a bullet-prove vest, with the windows all closed
I'll be doing my best, I'll see you soon
In a telescope lens, when all you want is friends
I'll see you soon

For the ones who have so much they'll choke, for the ones who go for broke:)

For the ones who have so much they'll choke, for the ones who go for broke:)

"To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer; not to love is to suffer; to suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be unhappy, one must love or love to suffer or suffer from too much happiness. I hope you're getting this down."
— Woody Allen

Don't quite get the plot, eh? So now we need to switch to the song mode.

Yellow

Yellow

I came along
I wrote a song for you
And all the things you do
And it was called yellow(!)

Chris Martin’s album is oh so blue.. the sun does show up in the end but the contradiction is beautiful. It was supposed to be a song about stars sung in a Neil Young voice, running out of ideas for that one word that would make the song, Chris picked up the Yellow Pages and found the word he was looking for. The dude said and I quote ‘In an alternate universe, this song could be called 'Playboy” And thus I love it all the more. Lend your ear here

Paranoid eyes;)

Paranoid eyes;)

button your lip don't let the shield slip
take a fresh grip on your bullet proof mask
and if they try to break down your disguise with their questions
you can hide hide hide
behind paranoid eyes
