Yeah, drove up on the way to work...totally wasn't dressed to be up there, let alone outside for more than a few minutes...may have to prepare and maybe try again tomorrow.

Would have loved to done a time lapse Tyler....the 'wave' rolled across Vancouver...captured its movement in a couple of my other shots when played back in the camera.

I was so excited when I saw this picture I did a back flip. However, I was in a sleeping bag...so it got really weird. My cat looked at me as though he no longer accepted me as his owner. Then I realized I had no cat, and wondered why this creature was in my home!

Nice work John. You motivated me to get up early enough to see the sun rise. Here is a shot taken today (December 27, 2009) from almost the same vantage point. The fog is still there, and so was the cold! It was freezing, but well worth the effot. Thanks for the motivation.
