      Republic of Srpska (Republika Srpska) is one of two entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe. More info:

      Actually, the lake itself belongs to Monte Negro (neigbour country), but border with Republic of Srpska is nearby. Whole this region of mountains and lakes are spread across both countries.
