Today was the 2nd of 4 sporting events for cancer research. I went along to enjoy a game of hockey AND keep Charlie company. Today he only had to work the game, not a 15 hour day. Quentin was a little sick yesterday, he had a fever, and for good reason, he popped out his 3rd tooth. The fourth is coming. The big problem with him being sick was that he slept terribly last night, which means that Charlie and I barely slept. I'm so exhausted... and tomorrow is coming.

Today Charlie worked a 15 hour day. Now this is not something he ordinarily does. He doesn't even usually work on Saturdays. However, he had a cancer research retreat that he ran and then the first of UVM's Strides against Cancer sporting events. I joined him for the hockey game because I was singing. His workplace was so nice and let me borrow this jersey to wear while I sang. I want to keep it, but I don't want to steal from the Cancer Center. I'm too nice... also, Charlie's coworkers and boss is awesome.

This has been a good day, however, I was lazy and took this picture nearing the end of the day. My Rock Band mic. I haven't played in awhile. Hopefully we'll be changing that soon. I miss singing more. Although I do sing the Maccabeats Candlelight pretty much everyday. The boys love it.

Today was our usual Union Jack day. Quentin had a great time. He loves being there. Usually we see an elderly man who comes in and makes duck noises at Quentin when he comes in to buy a cookie. Quentin thinks he's neat. Quentin loves glass so today he was looking through at the different foods through the glass sneezeguard. He also enjoyed eating some of my roast beef.

I was surprised at how well he behaved since he and Oliver decided that napping wasn't for them today.

Before we went to Union Jack's we went searching for Giants apparel for Quentin. There was none. We found one store that actually had baby NFL stuff, but they only had Patriots, Eagles, and Jets. I understand Patriots because that's a big team up here, but the second most popular team around here is the Giants, so I was quite annoyed. Instead I ordered something when we got home. We're getting three different onesies (they're packaged together). They should be here by the 31st. I can't wait!

Today, Q and I went to my second job (after babysitting Oliver). We go to my old school and teach Lego Robotics to some of the afterschool program students. Here is one of them working on their robot. It's a really neat program and I want to get Quentin one when he gets older. I want a creative, smart child.

Today my students were programming their robots to play music, turn in circles, and vary in speed. It's fun.
