All i did was a few flips and layer masks, added a layer of curves and saturation and sharpened up the image. And used the dodge tool on the lights.
I see you've got a lot of shots in japan. Do you live there or just visiting? I was just there a year ago visiting some friends in Akishima and in Kofu, Yamanashi. I love japan and can not wait to go back.
