This piece was created with love for the Etsy Winter 08 Beading challenge. This is my first attempt at weaving and I love it! I had such a fun time that I'm keeping this piece for myself. It consists of 2 strands with the upper one over lapping the lower one. These strands are attached to a Sterling silver chain with a lobster claw clasp. The upper strand is a 16" choaker while the bottom one hangs down to about 18 1/2" with the crystal pendant hanging down to 27"- this according to my EZ necklace sizer. My inspiration for this piece came from the beads themselves and because I have been wanting to branch out and try weaving. This set of beads seemed like the perfect conbination to try with- and they were!
