    For as infrequent as you post, the wait is always worth it! This is absolutely brilliant! The whole central column is gorgeous. Great work on the layering near the top too, from tan down to dark bley/grey. Terrific!

    This was built over the course of about two months I believe. Before anyone asks I have no idea how many pieces. :P

    As for the use of the big rock pieces, I had to use them because I didn't have the pieces to do it without them. I don't think they really take away from the creation but understand others dislike of them and do wish I could have built this without them.
