Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog (Litoria fallax)

Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog (Litoria fallax)

With the recent rain, these sweet, tiny little guys are attached to our windows catching all the moths and bugs attracted to the lights.

Frog @ f16

Frog @ f16

Last night, after a few days of non stop solid rain, we had 11 tiny Frogs on our windows.

Today, this little guy was on our bin and when I tried to get him off and let him go in the garden, he jumped on me instead. So I took him inside to photograph him.

Picture a Frog the size of your thumbnail... So sweet!

Unfortunately this shot shows the dust and dirt on our timber floors.

4/52 - A Sandy Lucy is a Happy Lucy

4/52 - A Sandy Lucy is a Happy Lucy

Here's a fact about Lucy...

She LOVES the beach! She's been going to the beach since she had all her needles and was officially allowed to...

She knows that there are other dogs on the beach and tries to ignore them, but she can't help but charge at the little yappers that try and bite her heels.

She knows that beach ultimately means bath but will happily bare it when we get home, good thing she adores the towel rubs that goes with it!

She learnt her lesson when she was a pup not to go past knee level. She accidentally jumped into a deep section of the uneven shore and went under completely. She came back up alright, a little shaken and looked like a drowned rat. So now, if the ball goes out too far into the water, she'll stand at the shore waiting for the waves to bring it in... If the waves don't bring it in, she looks at us until someone goes and gets it for her.

I know we aren't supposed to put extra images in comments, but hopefully I'll be allowed to do it just this once! How can you resist this little water baby!?

1/12c - The Leo Shake

I can't believe how much I've picked the camera up this month!

We went to the beach again and although the weather wasn't as great as last time, Leo still had a great time splashing around.
