February 20, 2012 - WHP-TV 21 Harrisburg interviewed Cadet Airman John Carberry and CAP Pilot Major Bruce Russell about the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Orientation Flight Program.

Seven CAP cadets participated in today's orientation flights. Three of the cadets were flying for the first time. The Cadet Orientation Flight Program introduces youth to general aviation through hands-on orientation flights in single engine aircraft and gliders.

The cadets flying today are members of the Harrisburg International Composite Squadron 306, based at the Air National Guard Base at Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown, Pa.
