Church Of The Good Shepherd - Lake Tekapo - New Zealand
Canon 5D MKII - Canon EF L 17-40mm Lens
Another from a recent trip to New Zealand South Island.
In the past i have admired brilliant images from this location, especially from Aaron Pryor. So to get there and grab a few keepers for myself is awesome. It's an incredible place, serene and spectacular. Patience is the key for a sunrise shot though. I was there before first light, had a nosey around before setting up for my first composition. As the sun began to show and the colours started to pop, the first bus load of tourists showed up. As quick as they arrived, they posed for their keepsakes and they were gone. I rattled off a few shots and moved to my second comp, and another bus load turned up. Again they were all over the place like ants and then they were all gone. Rattled off a few more and you guessed it ............ Anyway, i scored some sweet shots, and i think we were all treated to a special sunrise at a beautiful location.
Hope you like it ....... :-)
