A slice of char siu

I included people for a change. The building and the Barbequed meats restaurant somehow form a whole.

Char Siu is my favorite Cantonese dish. It's amazing how they can transform a humble meat like pig's meat in such a delicious thing. On a same level to me as Pata negra ham or Lechon.

80's mix.

I have never visited a place which more concrete 80's architecture than Hong Kong. In Europe we loathe this era of architecture. I think it has a certain charm.
