Lovely molly. I hope they're the right size
and not too big. The mental picture of a huge stretched mouth
topping off a glittery dress is a joy to
behold.
I heard a woman from the London Transport
lost property office on the radio a few years
ago. They have all kinds of stuff handed in
and had a large box full of lost dentures.
From time to time people come to identify
lost property and one time an old chap turned
up who had lost his teeth. They showed him
the box of dentures and asked him if he could
identify his own. He then proceeded to work
his way through the box, slipping each pair
of dentures into his mouth one at a time.
Eventually he said " I think these are
mine" ,claimed them and walked out
again. Smiling.
you're going to wait, whether you do it there
at the shop or at home. if there, i wonder
if they serve refreshments: gruel, mush, what
we call pudding, etc.
