absolutely stunning work. its hard to say which is better. i love the bright orange on this one, but i think the composition and placement of the monk is more powerful on the previous version.

Astonishingly good. The lines leading the eye through the photo are perfect, and the splash of colour at the focus really pops. Lovely metaphoric impact too.

I had a similar idea when I was there and took a shot of a monk in the doorway. BUT your imagination is sooo much better! I love this shot.
