Spring bloomed on my visit to Washington, DC. There are hundreds of cherry blossom trees downtown and the trees were just beginning to bloom. They say that when the petals fall as Spring ends, it's like pink snow falling. One of the winners of the Flower Power competition on The Award Tree and featured on the pool's home page, May 2009.
