    I have no idea what all this was about .. but someone put a lot of time and creative effort into creating and installing these seemingly random letters. There were three plywood boards attached to one side of an abandoned office building.

      you're right, not the typical grafitti ... sequins and upside down horses. this wall was like an art installation!
