This is beautiful...a bit of a mind (and
reflection) bender, as the water level is so
well hidden. Wow, this just *really* pulls
you in...the posts themselves seem somewhat
far away, but their reflection creeps across
the water toward us - with little fingers at
the ends - and just pulls in mightily into
the image. Magnificent. Oh, and as a nice
little bonus we have mist cascading down over
the hill like dry ice, slowly swirling
down... (quick fave :)
It's somewhat difficult to see where the
posts end and the water begins, and the mist
floating above them intrigues me further...
looing again... there seems to be an optical
illusion whereby the reflections appear
longer than the posts themselves... an
interesting capture...
I really like your work - great imagination,
sense of composition, an all-seeing eye... I
especially appreciate your reflection shots,
your openness to the expanded sense of
things.

This is great. Not only do the reflections and textures of the old posts grab my attention, but the floating fog/mist adds so much to the shot.

Gentle soft colours. Rhythmical play of vertical lines. Very much like a Japanese painting.
