      Hi Lady For the white I used Deco Art Fantacy Snow. It is a really cool product and it works best for this effect. I love the stuff. IRL it is very sparkly and has great texture.

      Ty Scott I have been reading the good Dr's books to my little Grandson the last couple of weeks and the little hats were probally influenced by them.

      I think it's probally good I haven't been reading as much S. King as I ususlly do because they would probally look like Scarry Santa hats.

      She loved them and took 6 of the 9.
