He's my homeboy. I couldn't believe how clear the night was in Lincoln City, Oregon. Super glad to get this shot. I used the windowsill of my beach-house bedroom and the self timer in the absence of my trusty tripod. Couldn't pack it :(

White seamless.
JTL versalight w/ white umbrella as key directly out of frame to the right, parallel with back of subject's head.
JTL versalight w/ small softbox high and to right of camera position at -1 stop.
430ex mounted on a tripod to camera left, aimed at background. 1/8 pwr.

The 430 was triggered with radio slaves, the JTLs optically from the 430.
