• Movie Trailers, Streaming Audio etc
  • P2P App started. Bandwidth pretty much maxed.. then throttled to nothing....
  • I leave P2P app running till it dies with "No Connection" and < 0.1 K/s downloads. All webpages won't load, mail dies, ping my ISP fails etc etc
  • I Quit the P2P app.. and try downloads again. Nothing at first... then... full blast.

Do I have a P2P block?

Nothing... Normal Web downloads............... P2P (note shaping and
decline).... Normal web traffic after quitting P2P.

    In most cases, normal charges continue to apply during the suspension or restriction of any Service.

    Where we have changed or replaced an existing Service, your use of the changed or replaced Service will show your acceptance of it (and any terms and conditions relating to it ), in place of the changed or replaced Service (and terms and conditions).

    So if I don't use the service, and express my displeasure at it's "Change" will they "restore" "normal" service?
    I was working fine till last week when they "fixed" there billing systems
