"Opinion has caused more trouble on this little earth than plagues or earthquakes". Voltaire

I was at school this morning at 9 when the first tremor shaked the building strong enough to be clearly heard by all in the classrooms, but we remained inside the building.
Then I was in a shop at 1pm when the second and third tremors shaked again the building...what to say?
I'm very fatalistic: maybe because once, when I worked abroad, someone shot at our car while we where going to field (Albania, just after the end of civil war, when a lot or weapons where around and anybody could use to exercise at target shooting) and the bullet went past my nose in the moving car, so I did undestand it was not my moment to die...
However, there are more victims every week for car accidents than in one year for earthquakes.
So I went to the hairdresser, I had my hair coloured and cut, and here I am, still alive (for the present moment!!!! =))))
