My mouth is watering....got some Fresh ama ebi from the island of Molokai. I used the heads to make the dashi for the ozoni soup and will eat the body sashimi style.

Miso Butterfish Marinade

Aloha Kakahiaka!! I'm still on mainland time thus I'm up at 5:30 am making the marinade for the miso yaki butterfish that we will broil for tonight's dinner. I'll make ogo (seaweed) namasu with Maui onions next and let that marinate too. Onolicious!
