Isn't there a Peter Gabriel song about this?

Good going Adam! This whole war is a travesty foisted on us and supported by those who still inbreed and drag their knuckles on the ground....otherwise, they might have gotten a clue or two by now. But the canary is dead in the cage and the yokels (that includes neocons and Evangelicals) are scratching their heads (the fleas are biting them) and asking themselves, whaaat does a dead canary mean??? You are a real hero for the folks in Iraq and Afganistan and asking the air conditioned decision makers here (I say that with no real conviction that they should be in the position they are in) and holding them accountable. If Alberto were in the real world, after his 5th "I don't recall", the corporate folks would have him in the food stamp line-this is intolerable incompetence at the highest level of government and we certainly have far more talented folks to represent America than Alberto, George, Dick, Karl and the rest of the smarmy gang. This is our darkest moment (thank you Obie 1) and you are shedding a creative light on just how low we have sunk. I honor you and feel powerless to change the scourge that runs our country into folks who are both smart, compassionate and realistic. Not the f***ing egomaniacs that are more concerned how history books will treat their tenure in office than the plight of oppressed folks from around the world. Again, Bravo for You!! You give me faith that there are still among us very good and compassionate folks who give a damn how we treat our soldiers, how we choose our battles and who we choose to lead us into conflict.
