2 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp oil
Beat together the eggs, cornstarch and oil. Heat a pan or wok over medium heat. Add 1/4 of the mixture. Turn the pan to spread out the egg.
Cook on one side for about 1 minute, flip and cook an additional 30 seconds. Remove from the pan.
