Looking for Leonid
Went out last night looking for the Leonid meteor showers and my first
ever attempt at shooting stars. Unfortunately I didn't see many as I
think I was too late. I saw four go by over one hour and that was
about it. I did find my old bride, though!

You got a nice shot anyway! I went out to look for meteorite showers, too, and saw a few nice streaks but unfortunately none in my viewfinder when it was being exposed ;-(
They were too fast and not in the area where I was focused on. Will try again. Your photo is very nice.

Nice shot. I thought about going out to see what I could capture as well but was feeling too lazy last night. :-)

Very cool effect with the meteors, and nice that you were able to work in your favourite bridge.

Very neat, I have a terrible time with long exposures but then again have not been too set on accomplishing them. You have done beautifully though!

I like this one, the bridge is interesting and it left me wishing I had attempted to go outside.

Hi...you already heard about the "startrails.exe" software?
Very easy to create nice trails with this freeware. There is also a flickr group...The key is to combine many high-iso shots - so there are much more stars visible and noise is no problem.
