The Nutcracker Ballet

This year, Marianne, my 14 years old daugther is dancing the role of an angel in the Montreal Nutcracker Ballet :)
(the bokeh is not a texture, it's real)

En Norteamérica es tradicional asistir a una presentación del ballet El Cascanueces durante la época de Navidad. Este ballet fue creado a finales del siglo diecinueve pero se hizo popular en los años 50 como costumbre familiar navideña. En Caracas fuimos cada año a verlo desde que mi hija Marianne tenía 23 meses y ahora tengo el orgullo de verla bailar el rol de un ángel en El Cascanueces de Montreal ♥
