After seeing some stunning images from here from Simon Mayson last week I had to visit this amazing location that I had no idea existed before. When there I met up with my Flickr contacts Neil (Verdantvista) and Shahbaz (ajnabeee)
It was great to meet two such talented and friendly people and we had a really good chat.

Almost perfect conditions this morning except it rained just as things were getting interesting. Lots of ruined shots with rain spots etc. There was a lot of spray around so this shot doesn't look as clear as I would have liked and shooting in to the sun is not something I would normally do, but I am generally happy with the result.
I was standing on dry sand when I started this exposure then was engulfed in a surge which ended up knee high, unfortunately my boots were only half this height so ended up with boots full of sea water.
