    Made a great playlist for myself at jog.fm (cycling) and purchased all the songs -- :36 never went by so quickly. The distance was less than yesterday, but resistance higher so burned more calories.

      Well done! I burned 196 calories today by walking instead of riding the train to run my errands :) We will conquer exercising!
