Well after 5 pm and still some light in the sky! It was a little more spectacular when I left work, and still pretty great 20 minutes later when I was almost home.

Birthday cake

It was a lovely cheesecake that took a tumble off the pedestal cake stand last night. It's very difficult to "reassemble" a broken cheesecake, but not a half-bad job for brunch dessert today. Mom's birthday.
