Great composition. The DOF is perfect: the focus fades off into the distance at just the right rate.The blue is fantastic too.
I'm left with visions of people with wet backsides who didn't notice the water.... :-)

plus: Splendid photograph... abstracts at its best. Great use of perspective and of course that crisp blue colour other already mentioned.
minus: I am not too sure whether that little yellow flower actually helps or distracts? It is more a question than a criticism, though.

minus: It's a nit-picky one, but perhaps a slightly lower angle, and looking toward the other side of the bench instead of into the bend? I'm digging here...I know...
