Store 2721, Ephrata Commons, 413 N. Reading Rd; opened in 1986 next to the new Redner's (which replaced Giant). Became CVS # 5721 in 1997, which moved across the street to 448 N. Reading Rd sometime around 2002-03. Redner's expanded into the former CVS area in 2005; unlike the similar expansion in Northampton you can't tell where the entrance and windows used to be.
