Holy Cross Church in Berbling (Explore)

    This is the Holy Cross church in Berbling, which is maybe a 5 minutes drive from here. It was build in 1751-1756 in Rococo style.

    The village is very interesting, there are many old farmhouses with paintings from the 18th century on them. It is not on my way to work, but I have been thinking of taking pictures there for quite some time. The church is illuminated at night, so it might be interesting for night shots. But not now, it is so coooold...

    Yes, I know, my car is on the picture again. There was just no other parking lot around. The village is from a time, when the cars were not invented.

      Great light in this one, the yellow stands out very nicely. And the car... it should not be there I think, but that is very personal. Some peole might like the contrast between old and modern.

      Thanks, Steven. Next time, I'll go by bicycle. At least, I am looking forward to doing that in spring. The village is very beautiful and it is a pleasant ride there.
