3/04/12 365 Challenge, People know l like old film cameras, so every once and a while I get a nice surprise. When my uncle came for a visit he brought this with him. It is an Eastman Kodak Pocket Kodak NO 1A. It has a working mechanical shutter and a lens that runs between F7.9 to F45 with a B and T setting. The camera calls for A116 Film (in 25 or 50 ASA) which allows you to write notes on the back of the film while you take the pictures. Since there is no 116 film anymore, I am running 120mm film. Although it which seems slightly shorter, it should work as long as the mechanics work. This camera is from 1928-1929, making it more then 80 years old! I am excited to see if it works.
