Over the weekend, I picked up a nasty stomach bug, my third or fourth bug in a row. Honestly, I feel like I've been sick since New Year's Day.

Anyway, I'm not the type of person who likes to use up my limited allotment of personal days on "sick-time", so I did my best to get into work today. But it just wasn't happening. I couldn't get out of bed for longer than five minutes unless it was to run to the bathroom.

The only upside of this whole ordeal was that I got to spend the day on the couch watching the first two discs of the Lost Season 1 DVD set that I'm borrowing from my friend, Jon. I'd never watched the show (though I'd been meaning to, for the past three years) and the eight episodes I watched more than lived up to the hype.
