Todays breakfast is a boiled egg with salt/pepper and paprika on an organic brown rice cracker and a fruit salad of organic mango, kiwi, blueberries and raspberries. Oh and some sesame snaps. (for breakfast dessert).

Mmm, this looks so delish.
People are telling me lately that it's not good to eat fruit with other foods.. that the enzymes needed to digest fruit are different than for other things. This makes me sad if it's true, because I love having fruit with meals. Have you heard anything along these lines?

Those people fall into the "one study makes it true because I read it on the internet camp" ignore them. Eat a variety of foods, (the more colorful the better) everyday and you will be perfect and healthy in every way. :)
