The most traditional Kosova food called 'FLIJA', it's a kind of pie but it is not a desert. People can have it with cheese, honey, yoghurt. The time of cooking is very long, about 3 or more hours. A saying of a Kosovare is as follows: "One can cook it for a long time but the others can have it within five minutes".
