1. Hudson Valley Camembert and dried figs.

2. Nancy's Cream Cheese with pitted Medjool dates.

3. Bobolink Cheddar with sliced tomatoes.

4. Talbot Reserve with sweet onions and black beans.

extra toppings piled in the middle.

Served with Ommegang's Three Philosophers.
