Jeni, who owns a local fitness center Roadwave (www.roadwave.net) has kindly taken us in. We are spinning at her place 2-3 times a week, and she even let us borrow her mountain bike, a fine example of 90's design by Richard Cunningham. I will post more pictures of this badass later. Cockpit shot

while riding on the swamp rabbit trail. I am riding M's college mountain bike, a GT something or another. The shifters were shot so I bought a pair of falcon friction shifters from a local nice bike shop--TTR Bikes. TTR bikes is "non racy", and sells Surly, Salsa, Electra, and many cool racks
