Journal page playing with texture
biffybeans wished to see this bigger.
This was an example I did to show a children's art class I was
teaching. My original examples did not use colors, just black pen. I
always learn a lot when I prepare for a class of children or adults.
I learn some more when I teach it!

Such great examples, all condensed on one page! In and of itself very decorative, as well.
It reminds me of my pre- and early teen-age years, when I might have harbored dreams of becoming an illustrator. But then life became much more complicated; and I had all but forgotten about it, until I saw this.
