Bush is wanted for murder; if only someone would try him for his lies and the negligence that leads to so much suffering around the world. An FYI for the ignorant. Bush is FAR from blame in the New Orleans Hurricanes.
The president can NOT order National Guard Troops into an area without approval from that states goverment. Failing to receive approval is in itself a civil war. The States did not ask for federal help until after the weekend, promptly after, Bush ordered the National Guard in.
President Bush could not legally send troops into the states. Doing so would be litterly a civil war.

Fema failed to act and bush failed through fema, and homeland security.. national gaurds,that where avaible where on the ground the that day,,,others needed where or are in iraq, so guess what, thats on bush also,,,,,, sorry to inform you but hey he is an idiot, and should be brought up on charges along with rove and other criminal elements in our republican party... wake up BUSH is wrong for this nation he is destroying america..
