Bassroots

    Newer Older

This was a lot cooler in my head, but it still turned out alright I think...

I wanted to do a lot more to play around with the idea of having a sort of foresty rock concert type thing. Like having the cord from the bass going into the ground and spreading out as a bunch of roots, and what not, but I'm just not quite good enough yet. So here's this!

Truly, in my head it was so much better. But it always is, isn't it?

Thanks! Haha, yea, I hate photoshopping stuff into the picture. Firstly, I'm not that great at it. And it just looks so much better to actually have the original image look as complete as possible before you start editing! At least I think so. Also, it makes it more fun to shoot. :)

agreed! I love setting up photoshoots, It's the best part, especially to make it come out like the vision in your head. Brilliant photo once again, oh! forgot to mention that I really like the receding trees and focus.

I think it's worth mentioning though that the model was actually photoshopped into this picture. Haha. She was actually standing there, but I didn't like any of the poses that I had of that, although I did take a couple of full body portraits of her that I liked, so I just used one of those. Wooo, Photoshop!

wow. haha I would never have known so good job! Photoshop is amazing, no doubt. Actually, some of my favorite photos are photoshopped:) it has really become quite an art form.
