Parambulous Finch
A strange and dangerous chap by all accounts. The world's top freelance DNA collector. He wanders through the hotel rooms and garbage cans / dustbins of the rich and famous and infamous collecting DNA samples which he sells to collectors. He bribes hotel maids to let him sift through rooms stealing stained sheets, stray hairs from the baths and sinks, used tissues, dandruff and dribble off pillow cases and all sorts of un-mentionable stuff from under the bed. This is not the last you have seen of the scary Mr. Finch!

In the mid 1960's we had a tv program called Chiller Theartre. This looks like one of the characters the show used for its intro.
