The colourful rear end of the War Museum in Auckland.

Playing around with my mini tripod, a long shutter speed and a V6 Holden. The curious thing about this photo is that I've checked it on my ipad, iphone and macbook and everything seems ok. BUT, when I looked at it on my friend's windows laptop I could see a whole lot of dots around the light trails left behind from one of the photoshop tools. So does that mean some people see this or only my friend? Confused.
