So here it is, number 365 of 365. Phew!

In the end I'm glad that I stuck it out and got through to the end of the year. There were plenty of days when I had no inspiration or enthusiasm to find a photo but some sense of perseverance or downright cussed determination made me go out and look. I've learnt a few things this year, mostly about myself rather than about taking pictures. But I'm sure that daily practice has helped me in some ways.
I won't be rushing straight into another 365 tomorrow though. I'd like to just be able to pick up my camera most days and not have the pressure to produce something worth posting.

Thanks to all who have looked in and commented, and congratulations to all the other 365'ers who completed the year today.

We had some free Paignton zoo tickets to use before the end of the year. Next door to these guys the gibbons were enjoying a seasonal breakfast of brussel sprouts.
