It has a chance of revitalizing the downtown area. Like Whirlpool's Benton Harbor project, it will take massive amount of money and community committment. The East Race seems to have at least committment at this point and may already be futher along than Benton Harbor. It has been a couple years since I was there last. It has some very nice photo op locations.
