Organize me...

Spent the day at a training class with my pal Candace. We received a Franklin Covey planner and coupon to trade the kit and/or the binder at the Franklin Covey store. I kept my pages and bought an orange binder...yummy!

For the class we filled in our values and also worked on setting goals. I set a goal to open an etsy shop of Blythe dresses by November 1st. This goes with my value of Creativity.

My new role at work (stepping down as a manager and going back to being a team lead in the technical area I have a lot of experience/skill in) is changing soon so I look forward to using my new planner and skills to organize a bit better. I have a planner now but it is mostly just meetings and lists and notes with no priorities so I just try and do everything...ugh

Neat-o! I used to have the small version of this one ... and I used to get the refills with quotes on the top of each day's page ... it was nice to look forward to. Since then, I've tried a PDA, etc. ... and now I'm back to little scratch paper lists. lol.

But I love your goal of opening an Etsy shop! My goal this year was to have at least one t-shirt for sale ... and then I found Etsy and dolls and ... it's been really fun. :) Good luck and can't wait to see your shop! :D

Excellent goal. I need to get organized myself. It's just so difficult.

Thank you! I've had a ton of planners over the years but I'm hoping to stick to it better after having a class on really how to use it. And hey...got me out of the office for the day! ^_^
