      I really like this half-submerged apple with the splashes erupting. You've even got a reflection of the stalk.

      These were quite fun to do, once you get the hang of dropping the apple in a fish tank (to avoid splashing the camera and flash head), and using reflected light with a blue gel for illumination (the apple is illuminated with a second flash). It's just a matter of taking loads of shots!
